IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE AND DAILY RESORT FEE?

Upon check in to the Maui Eldorado resort, a $60 check in fee per condo applies to handle the guest check in and check out process, credit card imprint for telephone calls, key assignment, parking permit; $18 daily resort fee per condo which includes wifi, access to the 3 pools, the beachfront clubhouse with full kitchen, beach towels/low rise soft back beach chairs, golf cart ride to/from the beachfront clubhouse which leaves on demand, optional parking (whether you have a car or not, proration not permitted for no vehicles).  Hours of front desk operation:  7 am - 10 pm daily.

Effective April 15, 2023, the $65 Registration fee, $20 daily resort fee applies.

WHAT IS THE BEACHFRONT CLUBHOUSE?

The beachfront clubhouse at the Maui Eldorado is like no other in Maui since it is the ONLY clubhouse that is beachfront and offers resort guests exclusive access to a  full kitchen (includes fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher), 2 outdoor showers (recommended before returning to the condo rental), ice machine, beach towels, low-rise fabric beach chair  and onsite bathroom. Perfect for relaxing day at the beach for families, couples or individuals. Hours of operation: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

You can walk there along the pathway by the J building to the beach or you can simply take the golf cart which leaves on demand to/from the main lobby.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME?

The check-in time is 4 pm or later until the front desk of the Maui Eldorado closes at 10pm.  

The check-out time is no later than 11 am.  The housekeepers work on tight schedules and show up at the unit at 11 am. Should you not checkout by 11 am the latest, we automatically bill your credit card a hourly fee of $75 hour.

LATE CHECKOUT POSSIBLE DUE TO LATE FLIGHT?

Late checkouts is available at time of booking or up to 2 months prior to arrival at half-nightly rate, if available. Last minute requests for late checkout are not permitted due to schedules already prepared.  Be sure to check your flight arrival and departure times. Our guests enjoy this late checkout option on their last day of vacation. 

LATE ARRIVAL AFTER 10 PM

The Front Desk closes at 10 pm. We have after hour procedures for later arrival after 10 pm. When you book, please see the Confirmation on how to check in after 10 pm. Please also have a copy of your invoice and photo id that matches your reservation name readily available.

STANDARD DEPOSIT POLICY

MKVR's standard deposit is $500 deposit upon receipt of online booking.  The balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival upon agreed upon method of balance payment.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

All units have a security deposit in the amount of $200, $300 or $500 depending on the unit.  The Security Deposit is refundable after your stay assuming no damages, unremoveable stains or extra cleaning is required. Please see the departure checklist on how to obtain a full refund on security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

$100 cancellation fee applies for cancellations prior to 60 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds within 60 days.

NO SMOKING POLICY

Hawaii State Law prohibits smoking inside the unit and must be 20 feet from any structure. Please see the sign by the lobby for designated smoking areas.   There is a $400 smoking elimination fee if there is any type of residual smoke found in the unit. Fines are enforced for 1st and 2nd penalties reported by guests.
