Maui Eldorado Condo J206

We have been coming to the El Dorado on and off for many years, utilizing a friends condo, which he sold a few years back. We did stay in a couple others since and this year we had the pleasure of staying in J206. We had made reservations initially in a different unit for early Oct. just before the fire, which understandably were canceled, and waited to see when it may open back up. When it did, we were hesitant as we wanted to be thoughtful of all that has transpired with the fires but were encouraged by the reports coming out about how the tourism needs to continue to help support the economic aspect. When we started looking again online, we found this unit. The view from the lanai is picture perfect, every morning, coffee, warmth, and a view of the blue ocean with Molokai in the background. Every evening, warmth, the sound of the ocean hitting the shore, and we had full moons during our stay so it somewhat lit up the view as well. One of the things we liked about the unit is that the location in the complex is on the quieter side, we've been near the pool, or along the main walkways in other units we've stayed in, this just has the golf course next to it which is really pretty quiet. The unit is very clean and has everything you would need to accomodate a comfortable stay, no complaints. When we decided to book our stay, Linda was so welcoming, she took the time to call to confirm everything and to answer any questions we had. I just want to add this, with the devastation of the fire, it is extremely sad to see the damage and it was important to us to give space and be sensitive to all the locals. It's important to remember that Maui is their home which they have opened to us to share in. May we as visitors, respect their homeland, support them as they rebuild, and continue to pray for those that lost everything and in many cases, family.

We have stayed at the El Dorado twice before and this is by far the best of the three. There is a lovely view from the 2nd floor unit. The J unit seems to be closest to the beach and is also an easy walk to the garage and pool area.

Very relaxing with easy access to all activities. Vivian was wonderful and made our stay outstanding!

We enjoyed our time at the Maui Eldorado J206. Vivian the property management representative, was wonderful! She was able to get an early check in, and was able to extend our stay by several days without a hitch. The unit is a very nice one. The view is great and access to the beach and shopping just a short walk away.

We love staying here! We’ve been twice now to unit J206, and it’s perfect for us as a family of 4. Beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. We hope to come again next year!

fabulous locations at a upscale vacation rental

The entire experience was wonderful. We arrived late in the evening after everything was closed so we were pleased to see soup in the cupboard for the kids. The host thought of everything. The home was well stocked, complete with anything you need for a vacation. Location is amazing and convenient to the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and professional. Thank you. We look forward to visiting again in the future. Mahalo!

We were the guests of Maui Kaanapali Vacation Rentals at the time of the disastrous wildfires - when the nearby town of Lahaina burned down, the roads were closed and thousands of people incl. ourselves were cut off from the places they were staying. In these impossible and tragic circumstances Maui Kaanapali Vacation Rentals team worked 24/7 helping residents, making arrangements to help everyone as much as possible and maintaining excellent communication.

It was our 3rd time staying with Maui Kaanapali Vacation Rentals and while previous stats were less eventful and 100% pleasant, it was this time that we will likely remember the most - how the local team has shown incredible resiliency, dedication and true spirit of Hawaii. We can’t recommend them enough - we trusted them and they did everything humanly possible to justify this trust. We are definitely coming back!

The condo, the staff, the location—all great!!! We would love to return. We were a family of four. There were lots of other very nice guests there too, that we interact with. We enjoyed having access to a gym, and three pools, and having our own cabana at the beach.

This is the second Eldorado condo we have stayed in and once again, this property is perfect for our family. This condo was perfectly located with great views. Quiet, clean and comfortable from beds to amenities on the lanai porch. Kitchen was more than adequate for cooking breakfasts, making lunches to take down to the beach (being able to store them in the full size beach cabana fridge is such a plus!) or even a quick dinner if you want to avoid the restaurants for a night. We look forward to another visit and stay here.

We absolutely enjoyed everything the Maui Eldorado offers (value, location, convenience and views). The property is maintained in an excellent fashion and all the staff are courteous and highly professional. We have been staying here yearly for over 14 years. Thank you to all.

This was our 2nd stay at the Maui Eldorado as it has great facilities and customer service! Our unit J206 was lovely, very well equipped, clean and well maintained, perfect location and view, comfy beds, ideal for a family of 4. I highly recommend this unit and resort to people of all ages.

This is our 3rd vacation on Maui staying at El Dorado. The previous units were nice, but this was the nicest! View! Cleanliness! Convenience! Gym! Definitely recommend to a friend!

This was a great unit for my family of 4. I don't want anyone else to book it, so I won't mention the great view, comfy beds, or the nice decor. The only real downside is the snug kitchen. It had several appliances - blenders, rice cooker, etc. that there wasn't much space for food in the pantry.

We have stayed at several different units at the Maui Eldorado and this unit was exceptional. We loved the convenient location to the Maui Eldorado cabana and the Kaanapali walking path. If you stay at the Maui Eldorado you need to take advantage of both! The morning and evening views from the spacious and comfortable lanai were beautiful. This condo was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and had everything you needed, and more, to make our stay wonderful.

This is the first time staying at the Maui Eldorado and it won't be the last. We loved the quiet nature and layout of the complex. The beach and cabana are a real plus and having towels and chairs for the beach make the day so much easier. We ended up staying two weeks extra and J206 was the 3rd place we stayed on this trip. We felt lucky to have Vivian looking after us. J206 is one of the best locations in the complex. It is beautifully decorated and the layout great. The only disappointment is not being able to see the sunsets. It is very close to the beach so strolling down in the evening was very romantic. We definitely recommend J206 for your stay. We will be back!

Loved the condo. Great location. Condo well appointed and kitchen was well stocked. Staff in office were friendly and helpful. Totally enjoyed our experience.

We had a fantastic time. The unit was clean and in a great location for all of the things we wanted to do. There were four of us girls and we all slept comfortably and were able to share the bathroom easily. Everything we needed was provided and the staff were so friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. We will definitely come again!

Nice quiet location, close to beautiful beach, spacious and well equipped condo unit. Clean. Restaurants and bars are 5-15 min walking distance along beach pathways. Management was outstanding - worked closely with us to navigate a refund in 2020 due to COVID limitations and then to reserve for 2021.

What a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean and they were very prompt in answering our questions. The kitchen had all the little things to make the stay even better. They do a very nice job of caring for their guests.

Absolutely Perfect!! This condo is top notch, beautifully decorated, has everything you could possibly need in amenities. Very spacious lanai, comfortable bed, beautiful ocean view and view of the cabana. We hope to get this same room every year!!! The very quiet place if you want away from the resorts but just a few feet if you want to walk to dine or shop

Nice, modernized property, short walk (or get picked up in a golf cart) to the beach surrounded by picturesque golf course and landscaping. Easy access, clean, friendly cabana. Would stay here again - easy stay with 2 adults, 2 kids.

Property is very nicely laid out with the beautiful ocean to a very nice redone pool and recreational area. Ample parking available in ramp. It has a very nice beach and staffed cabana right on the beach!

My husband and I just returned from vacationing in Maui and stayed in this lovely condo and were extremely happy with everything..........location.........cleanliness of the condo..........beautiful lanai.The condo had everything we needed.We used the Trolley often to go shopping or to eat at the Whaler's Village. The trolley stops right at the Eldorado, timetables are available in the village and in the Eldorado reception.

Linda's properties are both spacious and comfortable. The kitchens are very well equipped with every thing you would require. We have stayed in the Kaanapali Resort area, where you will find everything you require for a unforgettable vacation that will keep you coming back year after year. That has been our experience. Linda Munch our owner/ realtor was more than attentive to our requests and inquiries. She can steer you onto some great venues in the area especially the Lahaina Grill one of the best dining experience you will have in the Islands or anywhere.

Wonderfully quiet condo in a great location with a fine ocean view. Well appointed unit with nice art work, 3 overhead fans, super quiet dishwasher, with a bright and well stocked kitchen. Unit has easy to clean tile floors, plenty of soft thick towels,spacious bedroom and a double lanai with two padded chaise lounge chairs and an electric grill. Throw in wireless internet, ac, washer/dryer, and 2 nice televisions and who wouldn't love spend spending time here escaping the snow storms back home!

had a wonderful time, unit was 1st class all the way. All the necessities of home. Beautiful decor. 5 minute walk to beach. Cabana on beach was great. 1st time to Maui, now looking for a job there! Had some noisy people below us, but they were family and on their honeymoon,so what the hey eh? Services were top notch all the way.Questions answered right away. Would definitely book this one again in the future.

The staff is incredibly helpful and are good people. We've been visiting the Eldorado for 30 years and there's a reason for it. J206 is an outstanding unit and we've stayed in many others at the Eldorado. The location is divine, the plantings, the birds and, of yeah, the cabana.Right in the heart of Kaanapali, the best beach on the island.

Our location and accommodations were over the top! We are looking forward to renew our love of the Kaanapali and the Eldorado condo again this year!

We had a wonderful time. We loved the condo. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable with awesome sunset views right from the balcony. The beach was great and not crowded at all (unlike at some of the other bigger resorts south of Black Rock). The walk down to the beach was easy, and even our two year old did it every day back and forth. It was so nice to have access to the beach cabana with the towels, chairs, showers and restrooms. We would go back anytime to J206!
